It's officially summer and we kicked it off with a trip to Fort Walton Beach, FL for a week! Woo hoo! We came with our good friends, The Fords, and so far, so good. We made the long drive yesterday with little to no trouble other then why does it seem like the last 2 hours of getting to the beach seem like an eternity??? But, nevertheless, we made it. Here are some pictures of the fun times so far....

| First full day in the sun..... Elaina loves the water. Such a nice change from when we came a few years ago. She's all about it now that she is a bit older. She and Erik got a lot of good play time in the ocean |

| After the pool, lunch, and naps, we took another trip to the beach for some sand castle building. The kids made a "city" with a wall around it. City complete with church, fire station, and tunnel. Here are the architects and constructors of the great city - Isaac, Elaina, Olivia, and Tami. |
